We regret to inform you that the 2020 MBA CSEA Asia-Pacific Conference has been cancelled. We made the difficult decision due to the widespread global health concerns regarding the coronavirus, as well as travel restrictions that will prohibit our members from attending.

We are pleased to invite you to Asia-Pacific’s largest gathering of employers and graduate business career management professionals from East Asia, Oceania, Europe, and the United States, the 2020 CSEA APAC Conference – Singapore, March 3-5, 2020.  We warmly invite you and your colleagues to join us and over one hundred careers and recruiting experts for our seventh annual conference in the Asia-Pacific. The theme for this year’s conference is: Humans, Machines, and the Future...Finding the right mix for Asia-Pacific’.

Industry 4.0 is here. According to the World Economic Forum's 2018 Future of Jobs Report, 75 million jobs will disappear by the year 2022 in 20 major economies due to digital automation. However, technological advances and new ways of working could also create 133 million new roles, many of which will see humans collaborating with machines in a variety of new ways. As repetitive tasks and routine work become increasingly automated, how can humans add value? Can we harness human creativity to redesign work and the workforce to take advantage of automation? How can we identify candidates who will be effective in a future that is still unknown? How can we prepare students to be successful business leaders in the face of this digital revolution?

The 2020 CSEA APAC Conference will provide an interactive setting for MBA/Masters employers and business school career service professionals to come together to explore the challenges and potential solutions for recruiting for Industry 4.0. We will discuss and share best practices for preparing MBA/Masters students for an uncertain future. We will hear about emerging hiring trends and employer expectations in the APAC region, with a global perspective from top international companies. We will also learn about trends from leading career services at prominent international institutions. This conference will help you to discover how businesses and business schools can collaborate to and positively engage in the war for young talent in Asia-Pacific.
