2019 Asian Conference
Greetings from the Career Services and Employer Alliance (MBA CSEA)!
We invite you to Asia’s largest gathering of employers and graduate business career management professionals from East Asia, Europe, and United States, the 2019 CSEA Asian Conference – Singapore, March 11-13, 2019. We warmly invite you and your colleagues to join us, and 100+ other recruiting experts for our 6th annual conference in Asia! The theme for this year’s conference is: ‘Talent Transformation - Recruiting for the Future.’
Talent Transformation is happening faster than any other time in professional recruiting history. Our ability to create, to communicate, and to grow in our work environment is also caught up in this rapid pace of change. Companies are having to adapt in every function of their business, no more so than in how they approach recruiting. The recruiting industry is changing focus from “how do we prepare students and connect them with companies to ensure top talent recruiting?” to “what will be the future of company recruiting needs?”
The 2019 CSEA Asian Conference will provide an interactive venue where MBA/Msc employers and business school career service professionals can meet to learn the many challenges and potential solutions for the recruiting in the future. We will discuss and share best practices on how we can we prepare for hiring and MBA/Msc students’ preparation to meet this challenge head on! We will also hear about emerging MBA/Masters hiring trends and employer expectations in the Asia region with a global perspective from top international companies; leading career services, from prominent institutions. This conference will help you to discern the talent transformation for recruiting in the future and build relationships to foster future engagement on this topic and more!
Topics will include “what will be the most important industries and functions for MBA/Msc’s to meet the changing recruiting landscape?” to “how and where will they be working in the future?”
