Coronavirus Updates - Feb. 27, 2020
Information about the coronavirus has been leading news cycles across the globe. We are aware that the virus is impacting our member organizations in a variety of ways (students and their families, faculty/staff, programs, admissions, corporate outreach, alumni events, and corporate recruitment efforts). In the midst of this impact, we are providing several opportunities for members to come together to share information and support one another.

At this time, we are proceeding with the European Conference as planned. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and make additional decisions should the need arise. The following information should assist attendees with making travel plans:
- We are extending the early bird registration deadline to March 13.
- We are extending the conference cancellation policy to March 13 and waiving the $100 administrative fee for cancellations related to this concern.
- The hotel has extended the deadline to book a room to March 6. As a reminder, per the hotel's terms and conditions, attendees may cancel hotel rooms up to 15 days prior to the event with no penalty.
The Global Conference is proceeding as planned as of now as well.
