One of the reasons we are able to meet the needs of our diverse membership is through the expertise of our dedicated volunteers who work in the field every day and have their finger on the pulse of the needs of our membership.
Our volunteers enjoy the experience, not only because they are able to give back to the organization, but also because it lets them take their networking to the next level.

"Volunteering with MBA CSEA has been a great opportunity for me to give back to an organization that has helped improve my daily work as a University and MBA Recruiter. I was first introduced to MBA CSEA when I attended their Boston conference in 2019. At that conference, I gained incredible takeaways that I was able to bring back to my company and immediately implement. Not to mention, I've expanded my network of friends and colleagues who I continue to work with to this day. It's an honor for me to be able to give back to this organization and provide value and support to other employers." Nicole Wright, University Recruiting, Gusto
