Global Conference, Boot Camp Updates + Additional Resources

We wanted to provide you with an update regarding the status of our Global Conference and Boot Camps in light of the global health concerns regarding COVID-19.

At this time, the MBA CSEA 2020 Global Conference and pre-conference Boot Camps are moving forward as planned. We are closely monitoring the situation and watching information from government and health authorities. We will communicate with our members immediately if a different decision is made. In light of travel restrictions and short term uncertainty, we are suspending conference-related promotional communications for the next few weeks.

In order to provide our members with additional time to make decisions about the event, we are taking the following steps:
  1. The early bird registration deadline has been extended through May 29.
  2. Cancellation fees will be waived for all conference or boot camp cancellations related to COVID-19.
Member Resources
As your professional association, what matters to you, matters to us. We remain a source of networking (both personal and professional), comraderie and reassurance for you during these challenging times. We have several resources that can provide you with connections and encouragement, including a WhatsApp group (contact us for the link) and our online community. We have also created a web site to house all of our member resources and communications. We are hosting a webinar next week with tips for working remotely. Plans are in the works for a more robust virtual event in the near future, as well as some additional, more light-hearted connection opportunities. You might also be interested the LinkedIn group created by the Global Business School Network, for schools across the globe to share best practices and solutions.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any suggestions for additional resources we can provide, or questions about moving forward. We appreciate the hard work and dedication of our volunteers through all of this. We look forward to serving your needs in new ways in the coming weeks!
