Connect with MBA CSEA in new ways

The best thing about being a part of the MBA CSEA family is the opportunity to connect and share with each other in many different ways. The following virtual events aim to lift your spirits by providing ways for our members to connect with colleagues on a personal and professional level.

  • Exercise Live with MBA CSEA: Jazzercise
We know this is a stressful time for everyone. Exercise reduces levels of stress hormones in the body and stimulates the production of mood elevators in the brain. Join us for Jazzercise live with board member and exercise instructor, Heidi Cuthbertson.
