Learn how the Foster School of Business MBA Career Management Office is using Gallup’s CliftonStrengths to increase student self-awareness, team performance and optimize both their career preparedness and job search tactics. Elaine and Gregory will discuss how Foster has rolled out Gallup’s Top 5 Signature Strengths report to all full-time MBA students, developed large group workshops, small group sessions, and one-on-one coaching. Attendees will learn about Gallup’s CliftonStrengths Assessment, the difference between the Top 5 Signature Strengths and the Full 34 Strengths Report and how students can use these reports to perform better in the job search and, later, when starting in their new roles.
