Global Conference: Sponsors & Exhibitors

The Sponsors & Exhibitors Subcommittee has a key role in the financial support of the conference. Committee members should be comfortable playing customer service roles and making “sales calls” as well as, at times, having difficult conversations with vendors who may not agree with the organization’s policies.
 
Skills set: Subcommittee chairs should have leadership qualities, the ability to manage and motivate teams of volunteers, attention to detail and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
 
Ideal committee size: 8 – 10
