Senior Director of Graduate Recruiting


  • Reporting to the Associate Dean, Graduate Career Center, trains and manages the Employer Relations Team which consists of two Associate Directors and a Recruiting Operations Manager.
  • Responsible for overseeing the planning, logistics, and execution of all early school-facilitated and just-in-time recruiting activity for both internship and full-time recruiting.
  • Establishes recruiter guidelines and timelines for engaging with the CMC.
  • Is responsible for company satisfaction for engagement with the Graduate CMC.
  • Responsible for strategically identifying and developing new relationships with companies for all MBA and MSBA populations.
  • Assists in the development of the overall CMC strategy.
  • This could include gathering and analyzing feedback on recruiter perceptions of both the CMC and overall student performance and presenting to faculty and/or students.
  • Builds partnerships with peer schools Employer Relations teams to increase visibility of the school, learn best practices for the team, and create new opportunities for students.
  • Partners with Club Leaders on their annual strategy to ensure the appropriate employer touchpoints are being executed. Works with marketing to ensure external communication to recruiters (marketing material, website content, etc.) are clearly communicated and appropriately branded.
  • Ensures current recruiting related technology and systems are operational and sufficient for needs.
  • Attends meetings with new vendors to determine if their services will add value. Attends career and industry conferences as appropriate.
  • Performs related responsibilities as required.

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and five years of recruiting, sales account development or marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing new business and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills.
