While driving the strategies, goals and desired outcomes as established by the Director of Education and Career Advancement, the scope of this role is centered on the active management and execution of key areas to ensure timely and effective delivery of all Foundation offerings to students participating in the MBA leadership program. The objective is to create a rewarding and high impact experience for Fellows and to deliver tools and points of access required by the employer community.
Project Responsibilities (subject to modification)
Employer Relations/Talent Management
Liaise with corporate sponsors and employers seeking first and second year Toigo MBA talent; provide consultation on and execute Toigo search support services. Market employment opportunities to MBA Fellow population across appropriate platforms and channels as needed.
Maintain 12Twenty and/or other talent management platforms serving corporate sponsor and Fellow populations, including job and internship posting process, event management, and resume database management
Annual Fellow Selection/Admissions
Work with the Director to create activities and processes to build and market the MBA leadership program application process while managing Wize Hive and/or other application platforms and portals
Develop content within the approved look and feel for the Foundation used for marketing flyers, social media or events to maximize submitted applications year over year
Manage communication from Fellow prospects with the direction of the Director of Education and Career Advancement
Deliver information sessions to promote the Toigo program to prospective MBA Fellows
As the annual process begins, track all applicant information used for management reporting and thought leadership work developed by the Director of Education and Career Advancement or President
Create presentation decks and documentation of outcomes and metrics for success for each annual process utilizing the templates and format standards of the Foundation
Generate annual applicant summary reports for review by the Director of Education and Career Advancement and use for report to the Board on student profiles, areas of career interests, etc.
Create lists and reports used for donor engagement conversations, board requests, etc.
MBA Program Administration
Ensure data upload and maintenance of all selected Fellow information; routine and upon request
Manage details and ongoing enhancements to database tools that provide access to students for communications and employment opportunities
Support the development and management of suite of proprietary assessment tools identified by the Director of Education and Career Advancement
As approved through the annual budget, support program design and planning for large-scale conference events (both virtual and in-person), including communications, Fellow registration, facility/room planning, and speaker and session logistics. Events include but are not limited to: Catapult, Fall APEx, Spring APEx or other events conceptualized by the Director or Senior Leadership. Serve as lead for employer expo portions of conferences and events.
Manage execution of Fellow-facing programming derived from approved sponsor and partner-driven educational initiatives, including webinar production, programs, courses, and other events.
Coordinate logistics of on-line contracted on-line course delivery, including internal student marketing, registration, and event or session archive management.

The successful incumbent will possess a natural ability to collaborate across other organizational areas related to the MBA Fellow experience and to demonstrate flexibility and accommodation for competing priorities to derive the optimal approach for execution and delivery.
In addition, the incumbent will bring demonstrated communication skills across a variety of constituent groups/audiences and the ability to present depth of knowledge of the Foundation broadly to successfully bridge conversations that must transition between MBA programming and other areas of the organization, providing clarity for external partners on the Toigo mission and initiatives and how to maximize their engagement.
The successful incumbent will also possess:
Demonstrated judgement with proven ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and autonomy
Facility with technology, and ability to quickly learn, navigate, and drive new systems and platforms through both strategic and tactical lenses
A willingness and ability to travel for annual conference events as well as employer and team development (post-pandemic)
Attention to detail; comfort with large data sets, data analysis and production of data-driven reports
5+ years working with MBA students, either in an MBA program or corporate environment
Knowledge of the MBA recruiting process and experience planning recruiting events
Knowledge of SalesForce and recruiting platforms, such as 12Twenty, Symplicity, etc.
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Experience working with and across diverse student populations, including first generation students
