About the Role:
  • Liaise with corporate sponsors and employers seeking first and second year Toigo MBA talent
  • Assist firms in structuring internships, providing framework for compensation ranges, titles, and overall internship design.  This may include coordinating logistics for corporate programs and/or carrying out responsibilities for initial screening/interviews and candidate presentation
  • Market employment opportunities to MBA population through 12Twenty, Constant Contact, and internal community portal (Toigo Marketplace)
  • Partner with Donor Engagement to manage active relationship building and ongoing communication with the employer community to increase brand awareness to drive employment opportunities and outcomes for MBA talent
  • Partner with Donor Engagement to expand employer development efforts through the identification of and outreach to employers who have hired Toigo MBA without engagement with the non-profit to cultivate relationships and deepen engagement
  • Execute on approved marketing strategies for identifying potential employers and for promoting Toigo talent to the Financial Services industry. Stay current and ahead of industry trends through consumption of Finance-related and other relevant publications and resources
  • Engage with talent management points of contact within Toigo corporate sponsors to keep ahead of emerging talent requirements and identify necessary internal shifts needed to assist students in the employment market
  • Plan and execute “Toigo Tips” podcasts and/or other virtual events to support students with job search strategies. Responsible for writing periodic employment tips to fellows and alumni, engaging in lively dialogue with participants on their employment issues & strategies and with employers in terms of needs, changes in skill requirements and emerging investment trends
  • Review resumes prior to employer access and regularly maintain and update resume books in the 12Twenty system
  • Maintain 12Twenty and/or other talent management platforms serving corporate sponsors and MBA populations, including job and internship posting process, event communications, and resume database management
  • Compile, maintain, and report on employment data and generate routine reports on job search outcomes, salary trends, retention information, and firm success with hiring Toigo MBA Talent
  • Document and ensure accuracy of MBA employer and student information in Salesforce, 12Twenty, or other applicable systems
  • Ensure that all appropriate members of the team are kept apprised of activities that may cross or impact other areas of the operation

Requirements Qualifications 
  • 4 – 7 years of experience in University recruitment, preferably with MBA talent
  • An MBA and/or knowledge of the MBA experience and MBA recruitment practices 
  • Knowledge of and experience in Financial Services or Professional Services preferred
  • A high-spirited individual with a "can do" attitude
  • Results oriented
  • Professionalism and confidence in working with professionals at all levels
  • Ability to operate at an optimal level of quality, performance, and productivity
  • Ability to manage significant detail with strong sense of analysis and organization
  • Willingness to travel (currently N/A, applicable when travel is once again recommended)
  • Proven experience working with students and applicants and in candidate selection and assessment
  • Solid communicator, active listener
  • Collaborative thinker, ability to carry out work with team perspective
  • Mastery of technical systems and database tools for management and tracking of work
