Associate Director, Education and Career Advancement (Remote Negotiable)
Position Objective: To become a part of this entrepreneurial team by expanding strategic and tactical reach of the education and leadership platform in collaboration with the financial services community.  Provide demonstrated expertise to the Foundation’s professional and leadership development initiatives through the cultivation and management of strategic corporate and academic partnerships. Bring forward proven skill working with corporations, universities, financial professionals, and MBA talent to carry out areas of responsibility.  Display enthusiasm, professionalism in dealing with all constituencies to foster engagement and strong ties to the organization and quality of its work. 
Academic Partnerships
With the direction of the Director, the Associate Director will assume the lead role for engaging with prospective academic partners and confirm and onboard new partner campuses with the approval of the Director.  The Associate Director will liaise partner institutions on issues impacting hiring trends, leadership development and career management offerings. Maintain master calendar of important academic dates and events across academic partners.
Corporate Partnerships and Collaborative Programming
With the direction of the Director, work directly with donors and employers to develop engagement channels through Fellow programming and experiential opportunities, including but not limited to the development and execution of custom programs, panel sessions, workshops, competitions, conference participation, and mentorship programs. 
Orchestrate annual Collaborative Partner Award process, working with donors to develop scholarship and internship awards targeting Toigo Fellows; coordinate marketing to Fellows, application process, and communication to recipients with the direction of the Director and the President.
Regularly communicate Fellow statuses and accomplishments to sponsor community, showcasing Toigo talent achievement; create social media posts for this purpose with direction and approval of Director and marketing consultants as needed.  Deepen Toigo identity across firms through creation and maintenance of communications channels with firms to express pleasure around Fellows joining the firm as employees; advise Toigo Alumni at firms as appropriate to encourage a welcome to the organization.
Working with Director, manage and expand the MIINT experience for Toigo Fellows, including marketing, the application process, and execution of the MIINT curriculum for Toigo selected teams.  Orchestrate the internal competition determining advancement to semi-finals and liaise with MIINT manager on final competition logistics.
Training Partnerships 
With the direction of the Director, maintain and develop relationships with world-class training organizations to expand the Foundation’s Quant Camp platform.  Leverage understanding of financial services careers to help source and market training opportunities to Fellows and additional learning constituencies across Toigo platform.
Fellow Contracts
Orchestrate execution process of all Fellow contracts, ensuring timely submission, as well as any background checks or supporting documentation required year over year.
Coordinate with Accountant for disbursal of funds to Fellows as recipients of collaborative partner funding .
With the direction of the Director, play a central role in building the framework and execution of Fellow-focused events.  Coordinate with other members of the Toigo team around, communications, registration, speaker confirmations and details, etc.  As required, serve as moderator for sessions.  Assist the Director in curating panel sessions and program content as needed.  Track event expenses for the Director that have been previously-approved as part of the annual budget.
Become familiar with the general features of tools such as Zoom, Toigo U, Marketplace, Cadmium, etc. to ensure seamless delivery of events, information, materials and community experience.
Data Management & Reporting

Support the data collection and reporting of MBA Fellow statistics both through excel spreadsheets and through our centralized database; this includes identifying “what is needed and useful” and how to best compile this information. The Associate Director must be able to generate on a routine or ad hoc basis, monthly project reports, quarterly student updates or periodic reports for use at donor or Board meeting.
The incumbent will be expected to learn and quickly assimilate the details which surround working with all constituents.  Will be required to engage in effective dialogue with accuracy on matters on which quick decision making is necessary and provide input on strategic planning topics with respect to the Education vertical of the Foundation. May be called upon to provide immediate information and must demonstrate comfort with sharing information, insights and general statistics on request.

Responsible for supervising the team; providing guidance and direction on logistical support of MBA recruiting activities and events, programming, participant data management, and other areas related to the MBA program. This may include serving as project manager for broader teams that support training and corporate-sponsored events.
