Career Center Recruiting Operations Manager of Graduate Career Management Center- Goizueta Business
This role works closely with all account managers and employer representatives to ensure the seamless implementation of in-person and virtual recruiting planning/logistics for both employers and students. This includes, but is not limited to, direct employer facing planning and day-of support for the scheduling and facilitation of virtual and in-person employer presentations, office hours, networking sessions, interviews, etc. Leads the coordination of all virtual and in-person event management tools and logistics. Must have a high level of technical proficiency and the ability to master a broad landscape of digital career fair tools, virtual interview technology, and support a wide variety of external employer provided virtual recruiting tech. Often directing multiple daily recruiting events, across multiple systems and in-person.
  • Identifies and cultivates new strategic employer relationships through lead generation, virtual outreach to target employers, leverages internal database and social media to identify and contact targeted alumni and HR professionals, digital meeting planning and facilitation, active participation in employer events/conferences, and digital communication campaigns in the Atlanta market, as well as, desired geographic locations.
  • Documents and updates outreach activity via our internal CRM system (12twenty), to ensure recruiting outreach strategy is recorded and measured.
  • Maintains employer account ownership and grows external partnerships beyond lead generation.
  • Subject matter expert for the employer facing, student facing, and CMC facing sides of the 12Twenty recruiting system.
  • Support all employer requests for job postings, application deadlines, resume collection, virtual event requests, and interview scheduling for the MBA, Specialty Masters, and alumni populations.
  • This system is utilized by all CMC members and students.
  • Advises office on implementation of new offerings, manages template content for virtual recruiting activities, develops training for Employers.
  • Creates and maintains employer and student-facing recruiting-related communications, including announcements, newsletters, website content, and social media management.
  • Collaborates with other top MBA Career Management Centers and Emory CMC Recruiting Manager counterparts to share best practices and assist with process improvement.
  • Performs related responsibilities as required.
  • Leads special projects as assigned.

  • A bachelor's degree and two years of on-campus or business/industry recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.



  • Must possess a dynamic, professional demeanor with exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail and highly organized
  • Must possess a motivated/enthusiastic work style
  • Ability to master technical recruiting systems. Experience with 12twenty system a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with Social Media marketing (LinkedIn, Canva, etc.), is a plus
  • Sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations
  • Effective problem solving
  • Ability to build and lead a team for projects as well as be an overall contributing team member on the Employer Relations Team.


NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location.  Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
