The Recruiting Coordinator will join the growing Recruiting to support campus recruiting efforts for Advisory hiring at the Associate Consultant and Consultant level (post-undergraduate and post-graduate school) as well as Core Services hiring (Executive Assistants, Finance and IT roles) as needed. Primary responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator include supporting the fall campus recruiting process, and support of diversity recruiting initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-functioning Human Resources and Recruiting Teams while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the nonprofit sector.


Campus recruiting and Core Services hiring

  • Supporting campus recruiting cycle via
    • Virtual and in-person campus presentations
    • Assisting with facilitating the resume review process
    • Interview scheduling and gathering feedback
    • Developing relationships with Career Services contacts and student groups
  • Maintaining data related to recruitment activity via Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and producing year-end reporting
  • Supporting Core Services hiring as needed via
    • Utilizing sourcing tools, including internal database searches, job boards, social media outlets, and referrals to increase applicant  pools
    • Reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens
    • Interview scheduling
    • Developing relationships with recruiting firms
  • Collaborating with internal teams on our recruiting marketing efforts including social media communication, career website updates, and advertising of jobs 
  • Supporting ad-hoc Recruiting projects for the different functions 

DEI Recruiting 

  • Assisting with coordinating mock interview program
  • Supporting  participation in partner conferences and recruiting events (e.g. CGSM, MLT), including logistical planning, event staffing, marketing efforts, and virtual and on-site execution
  • Helping identify opportunities to enhance DEI recruiting efforts
  • Tracking progress towards diversity and inclusion goals

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of 1 year of Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required 
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Taleo preferred   
  • Experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google docs. The ability to learn new technology quickly is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Orientation to quality, continuous improvement, and customer service
