What is MBA CSEA?
The MBA Career Services and Employer Alliance (MBA CSEA) is a 800+ member global alliance of graduate business career management professionals and employers that come together to network, learn, collaborate and drive the future of the graduate business employment industry.

How do I become a member?
You most likely joined or renewed your membership when you registered for the Virtual Conerence. If not, click here for more information about membership options.


How does the Virtual Conference work?
The conference provides the networking and programming provided at our traditional in-person events as much as possible, while taking advantage of new and innovative features not possible when meeting in-person! Click here to access the attendee guide. Check out these unique features:

  • Networking - start online chats, and contribute to conversations started by your peers; create round table discussions through video chat
  • Sessions - participate in keynotes, panels, breakout sessions, and small group networking

How do I update my profile?

Click on the circle icon with your picture on it on the top right side of the screen, and select "Proflie" from the dropdown menu.

What time zone are the sessions listed in?
They are listed in EST (Eastern standard time)

How can I connect individually with other attendees?
Select "Networking" at the top of the page, and then select "Participants" from the dropdown menu. Select the individual's name, and then select the blue "Connect" button on their profile.

When and where do we access the session recordings?

The recordings will be available on the sessions page after the conference. We will send an email to attendees when they are available.

Where do I access a full schedule?
Click here [https://mbacsea.showcare.io/scheduler/] or select the Scheduler icon on the left navigation bar.

I'm a Room Host or Speaker/Panelists, and I can't log in to my session
You should have received a unique login link for your session, which will provide you with administrative controls. If you didn't receive the link, please contact us. If you have the link and still can't log in, contact Showcare through the Slack Channel.
