Vounteers are the lifeblood of the association. WIth over 150 people involved in our committees, task forces, board of directors and advisory groups, we wouldn't be where we are as an association without our their help. Volunteers ensure that we are meeting the needs of our close to 900 members across the globe, assisting with planning our events developing our programming and managing our growth.

We are looking for volunteers on the following committees:

2020 Asian Conference in Hong Kong (dates TBA, March 2020)
The Asian Conference Committee plans and executes the organization's annual regional conference in Asia. Conference volunteer roles include selecting and coordinating conference programming, securing sponsors and exhibitors, managing local entertainment, liaising with the conference hotel and marketing the conference to schools and employers in the Asia-Pacific Region and beyond. Individual conference subcommittees are: Programs, Local Arrangements, Sponsors & Exhibitors and Marketing.
2020 European Conference in Barcelona (dates TBA, end of April 2020)
The European Conference Committee plans and executes the organization's annual regional conference in Europe. Conference volunteer roles include selecting and coordinating conference programming, securing sponsors and exhibitors, managing local entertainment, liaising with the conference hotel and marketing the conference to schools and employers in the European Region and beyond. Individual conference subcommittees are: Programmes, Local Arrangements, Sponsors & Exhibitors and Marketing.
2020 Global Conference in New Orleans, June 23 - 26
The Global Conference Committee plans and executes the organization's annual conference in the U.S. Conference volunteer roles include selecting and coordinating conference programming, securing sponsors and exhibitors, managing local entertainment, liaising with the conference hotel and marketing the conference to schools and employers. Individual conference subcommittees are: Programs, Local Arrangements, Sponsors & Exhibitors, Marketing, Local Employer Engagement, New Member Orientation and Registration.
Membership Committee
The Membership Committee manages the recruitment and retention of members in the MBA CSEA. The committee focuses on outreach programs and activities that promote the organization to new members, working closely with each conference’s marketing and outreach teams.
Profesional Development Committee
The Professional Development Committee identifies the professional development needs of the MBA CSEA membership and facilitates program development to meet those needs, including facilitating webinars and Regional Forums and working closely with each conference’s programming committee.
Research & Trends Committee
The Research and Trends Committee conducts research on employment and recruiting trends that affect MBA hiring and recruitment.The committee also plays a role in managing research partnerships and relationships with outside entities and helps facilitate MBA CSEA’s involvement in outside research. The committee manages the organization's bi-annual Recruiting Trends Survey, which gauges the job market from the prospective of our school members. They also assist with promoting the GMAC Corporate Recruiters Survey, an annual survey that in which MBA CSEA is a partner.
Web Site Task Force
This task force will look through the MBA CSEA web site and make recommendations for edits to the design and content in order to ensure it's meeting the needs of our members and prospective members.
